Ordering / Payment Instructions:

We are currently working on our online payment system.

For any pricing or in order to purchase any products from this website, kindly send your order to info@balancepoolcare.co.za & we will get back to you with an invoice & payment instructions.

Please clearly indicate which product/s you want to order & the quantity thereof.

Please note that we can only currently accept EFT’s or direct transfers.

Once orders are received, we will send you an invoice for the goods & we will itemize the courier / delivery fee on the same invoice based on your delivery address & weight /size of your order.

Once we have received payment (this can take up to 5 days for clearance) we will then dispatch your goods for delivery.

Delivery Fees:

Delivery is free to selected areas only – please enquire by phone or email.

NB for excluded areas the courier / delivery fees are not included in the product price shown on the website.

The delivery fees will be determined by your location / delivery address & the delivery fees will be shown separately on your invoice.

Cancellations:

Should you wish to cancel an order, as long as you have not already made payment, you may simply reply with a cancellation instruction via email & we will cancel the invoice.

Please ensure that you receive confirmation of receipt of your email & retain as proof.

If you have already made payment & then decide to cancel your order, you may do so via email reply with a cancellation instruction, however we will deduct 10% of the transaction fee for admin & handling costs.

Should you cancel your order once it has already been dispatched / collected by the courier, you will be liable for the courier costs.
